Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped with Card for Pickup and Signature Required options. If you are not available to receive your package, a delivery slip will be left at your shipping address and your package will be taken to your local post office for pickup. This ensures the safety of your package. If you haven't received a delivery slip but your tracking information shows an attempted delivery, call Canada Post (1 (866) 607-6301) and they will tell you where your package can be picked up. If you make a special request for the package to be left at your door, Virtue Vintage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

International Orders

If you are ordering internationally, Virtue Vintage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are ordered without tracking. We have no way of ascertaining the location or status of any items ordered without tracking and therefore cannot provide refund or compensation for any items lost in transit. As such when ordering internationally without tracking you accept the risk of lost packages and are responsible for receiving the package. International and especially overseas orders can take months to arrive so please be patient.

Local Pickup

Local pickup orders will typically be ready for pickup within 72 hours. Please wait until you have received email confirmation that your order is ready before coming to pickup. Store hours are 11-6 every day. Please have your order number ready when picking up your order
