Lost & Found Market is a premium thrifting event featuring a community of vendors working to bring sustainability and slow fashion to the forefront of the fashion industry, without sacrificing having fun with personal style. We hope our customers enter into the thrill of treasure hunting through vintage shopping, finding new life in what was once lost.

Lost & Found Market is coming home to Scarborough, Toronto!

Scarborough Town Centre - 300 Borough Dr, Scarborough, ON, M1P 4P5

Saturday Aug 5 from 10am - 9pm & Sunday Aug 6 from 11am - 7pm

With 250 stores, Canada’s leading shopping centre, Scarborough Town Centre has everything from A to Z. Your favourite fashion labels and athletic brands, the latest home decor, the hottest new tech, and every essential for urban living is here – including Cineplex, nine restaurants with hotspots like Jollibee and Chick-Fil-A, plus ongoing happenings, festivals and cultural events, and community-owned pop-ups.


STC is among the top 5 largest malls in Canada - and on August 5 and 6, it will be hosting one of Ontario’s Largest Vintage/Thrifting events.

More than vintage and clothing

Lost & Found Market exists to support small businesses, featuring a wide variety of vendors and products from jewelry, sneakers, handmade goods, food and more. L&F gives business owners a platform to generate sales, make meaningful connections and give high exposure to ideal clientele. 

VENDOR BOOTHS:

  • Vendors will be provided with an aprox 8’x8’ - 9'x9' space for $750 tax included (e-transfer and credit card payment accepted)
  • Artisan / Jewelry etc. vendors may have an approx 6’x6’ - 7’x7’ booth for $695 (e-transfer and credit card payment accepted).
  • *ALL PAYMENTS from selected vendors will be due by JULY 24, 9PM EST.*
  • Booths may be split between 2 vendors; please indicate in the form below if you are splitting a booth with another vendor.
  • Each vendor will be provided with custom ads and digital materials for promotional purposes.
  • Vendors will be allowed to restock throughout the duration of the event.
  • Vendors are responsible for bringing any equipment needed for their booth (racks, tables, hangers, signage etc.) - racks and tables must be approved by Lost & Found team.
  • Vendors will be given high exposure and foot traffic for from one of Canada’s leading malls for a total of 2 days.

VENDOR SETUP & TEARDOWN:

  • Vendors may arrive at the location as early as 7:30AM to begin setup on Saturday, August 5th.
  • Inventory and booths may be left overnight - Security/L&F Staff will be on-sight.
  • Vendors are prohibited from packing up before 7:00PM on Sunday, August 6th.
  • Vendors are required to be fully packed up and out of the building by 8:30PM on Sunday, August 8th.

The 1st Place Winner who promotes the Lost & Found Market the best when considering both quality and quantity, can choose between one of the following 2 options:

  • 1 Week Free Rack Rental at the Virtue Vintage Store at Union Station (Toronto) & A Guaranteed Vendor Spot at the next Lost & Found Market

OR

  • A $250 prepaid gift card

The Runner up will receive the remaining prize

We encourage our vendors to advertise to the best of their ability, following the efforts of the L&F team (creative advertisements, reposting L&F content, etc.).

Vendor spaces are limited. Submitting this form does not guarantee a booth at the Lost & Found Market. All selected applicants will be contacted within 5 business days via Instagram direct message.
